Semiconductors: The Value Chain imperative for building leadership

India's annual semiconductor demand stands at $10 Bn+, poised to further grow at 8-10% annually over the next decade. It is imperative to focus on the overall value chain of manufacturing semiconductor equipment – ranging from design and procurement - niche raw material, to FAB/OSAT and distribution.

Tamil Nadu is committed to creating a thriving ecosystem for the semiconductor sector by providing a rich talent pool and focusing on the right elements of the value chain, with focused efforts to promote semiconductor design.

The session focusses on imperatives to trigger and foster large-scale opportunities within the semiconductor value chain.
