We begin at the Industrial Training Institute at Oragadam, recently transformed into an Industry 4.0 Technology Centre. This Centre not only trains students in modern industry-relevant trades but also serves as a resource for existing employees and provides a fresh graduate talent pool to the industrial corridor's organizations.

The next stop is FORT Sriperumbudur, located within SIPCOT Sriperumbudur. FORT functions as an incubator and innovation lab, supporting MSMEs, academia, and corporate-startup partnerships. It houses two Centers of Excellence focused on future mobility, and aerospace and defense.

Following FORT, we move to the manufacturing facility of First Solar, an American solar panels and renewables manufacturer and one of the newest entrants in the area.

Our final destination is the Hyundai manufacturing facility, a sprawling 500-acre site established in 1999. As one of the oldest facilities in the region, it marks a significant milestone in the area's industrial history.
