Vice President - Innovation, Olam Food Ingredients (ofi)

Dr. Antony, currently serving as Vice President – Innovation at Olam Food Ingredients (ofi), brings a wealth of experience to the role. His journey in the field of research and development includes significant tenures at Nestle, Germany, where he led R&D for the Health Platform, and as the Head of R&D for ITC Limited- Foods Division in India. With a global perspective, Dr. Antony has also contributed his expertise to companies in the United States of America and Singapore, notably with Kemin Industries.

In addition to his corporate roles, Dr. Antony is actively involved in shaping industry standards and policies. He serves as an Expert Committee Member in the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India, and holds a committee position in the Bureau of Indian Standards. Notably, he has also contributed to the United Nations World Food Programme.

Dr. Antony's remarkable career is underscored by his academic achievements. He earned his schooling and bachelor's degree in Tamil Nadu, India. His academic journey continued with master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Chemistry from the Chemical Engineering Division at the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, India. Dr. Antony's commitment to innovation is evidenced by his impressive portfolio of 31 patents and numerous publications.
