Mrs. Swarnalatha J is a Asia Book of Records Holder, disability rights activist, singer, photographer, motivational speaker and a beauty pageant winner. She often writes short stories and can speak about 10 languages. She was diagnosed with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis in 2009 and currently wheelchair user.
She is married to Dr. Guruprasad T S and has two adorable children. She is the recipient of more than 40 awards and recognitions across India, the noteworthy ones being, Cavincare Ability Award for Eminence, Seiyyal Puyal Award by Aval Vikatan, Dr. Batra’s People’s Choice Award, SABAL Changemaker Award by Tata Steel Foundation, etc.
