Some of his areas of specialization include Vision and Strategy Formulation, Sales & Retail Operations Management, New Product Development and Culture Transformation.
He has been instrumental in carving a niche for Skechers in the competitive footwear market of India. He is at the helm of diversifying the brand’s business, increasing brand awareness among the Indian audience, and exploring newer avenues for business expansion.
