Florent CHAUSSADE is the Executive Director and head of Michelin manufacturing operations near Chennai in Tamil Nadu. He is a member of Michelin’s leadership team in India and the Africa-India-Middle East (AIM) Region. Florent started his career with Michelin after completing his License degree Management factory in 2001 and since then has worked in 10 different countries in 9 different positions majorly in Industrial Engineering, Production System Foundation. Across his career of 22 years with Michelin, Florent as Project Leader and Production Manager has worked with 8 Factories while supporting 21 others in their mission and key projects. Originally from France, Florent is married and has a daughter. He is passionate about cycling, sports (like Running, Sky Skating, Soccer), Motor shows, Racing and Wine Sparkling.
