Ramesh has 27 years of experience in Human Resources Department, with a blend of managing Manufacturing, R&D, Software, Shared Service and Aftermarket entities as Regional Human Resources Director covering India and ASEAN. Currently working for Valeo Group as India and ASEAN Human Resources Director covering 17 manufacturing sites, 2 software centres, 2 R&D centres, 1 Shared Service Centre & After-Market businesses and 2 Regional HQ’s, with a total of 25 sites having 14000 employees. Ramesh played as a key stakeholder for the inception of most of the Valeo businesses in India. He was mentioned by several newspapers for appreciating the results of employing Disabled employees in Manufacturing Company and referred as a benchmark. Ramesh had delivered a speech at United Nations Conference Head Quartered in Austria based on their invitation to share Valeo India’s inclusive workforce best practices during Feb 2017. Ramesh has totally 27 years of total experience as Human Resource Professional with M.Phil in Psychology as his academic qualification and attended the Management Program from CEDEP (Affiliated to INSEAD – France).
