An accomplished Human Resources professional with 25 years of operational and strategic expertise, Ms. Judy Manjlekar is recognized for her leadership in talent development, cross-functional team building, and coaching management teams. As Director People & Culture [India and Asia Pacific] at Technip Energies, she has overseen HR functions across India, Malaysia, Australia, China, Thailand, Indonesia, and Singapore since September 2013. Judy's role within Technip Energies showcases her commitment and versatility. She has partnered with senior executives globally, addressing organizational challenges and executing strategic HR initiatives. Her responsibilities span diverse areas, including workplace coaching, international mobility, inclusion & diversity, and merger and de-merger activities. Prior to Technip Energies, Judy held key roles at Omron Automation India Limited and Baker Hughes Inc.
