Mr. Shenu Agarwal joined Ashok Leyland in December 2022 as Managing Director & CEO responsible for driving technology development, growth and future strategy for the company towards achieving its vision to be among the top 10 Commercial Vehicle players globally. Shenu comes from Escorts Kubota Limited where as President, he was in charge of Agri and Construction equipment businesses. He has a proven track record as a leader and has been instrumental in turning around the business at Escorts Kubota. He is an all-rounder having worked in different capacities in many disciplines such as Sales, Marketing, R&D, Product Management, International business, Strategic Mergers, and creating Start- ups. He has lived in United States for over 8 years and traveled to more than 70 countries. Shenu has been awarded with several rewards. He is a Mechanical Engineer from NIT Kurukshetra and an MBA from Duke University, North Carolina, USA.
