Mr. Ishihara is the Managing Director of THK India Pvt Ltd., He started his career with THK Co Ltd, Tokyo, Japan in 1985. He was briefly working in THK America, Chicago Illinois between 1999-2007 before he established THK India office in Nov 2012.
Mr. Ishihara has played a pivotal role in the establishment of THK India Pvt Ltd, embarked on a journey to expand and strengthen the presence of THK in India. Since its inception, this visionary leader has overseen the strategic growth of THK throughout India.
Under his guidance, THK has successfully expanded its reach with the establishment of six sales offices in five states strategically located across the country. This expansion has not only enhanced the company's market penetration but has also facilitated better customer engagement and service delivery.
One of his significant milestones achieved is the establishment of India’s First Linear Motion manufacturing facility at Sricity, Andhra Pradesh. This state-of-the-art manufacturing facility represents a strategic investment in the region, showcasing a commitment to local production and contributing to the development of the manufacturing sector in India. The facility is equipped to produce cutting-edge linear motion products, demonstrating THK's dedication to innovation and technological advancement.
Due to his outstanding sales expertise and adept interpersonal abilities, Mr. Ishihara is widely recognized in the machine tools industry. He has elevated THK's business to the position as a top supplier and market leader in India for Linear Motion components.
