Mr Hirotake Harada is currently working as Senior Vice President, Nissan Engineering leading 2000+ engineers developing new products for India and export markets and Engineering support for global projects at Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India (RNTBCI) which is a captive automotive technology and business centre supporting Renault & Nissan globally. He holds Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Waseda University, Japan
He has 30+ years of experience in Nissan across various engineering divisions in Japan, North America and India. He has contributed immensely to Nissan Research & Development in the field of Chassis Engineering. He has also served as Chief Vehicle Engineer for B/C-Segment & played key role in development of Sentra, Juke, LEAF and Ariya.
He believes that Nissan Ambition 2030 will drive the new age of electrification, advance technologies to reduce carbon footprint and enhance vehicle safety thus providing access to reliable, sustainable and safe mobility for all.
