Mr. Kaushik is an accomplished professional in AI and Data with an experience of 22+ years in Ericsson and IBM, across diverse functions like AI Research, Product development, Data Strategy and Architecture, Practice & P&L Management. He heads the AI/ ML Research in Ericsson Research Lab - India and also leads the "6G for India" Research Program which aims to incubate 6G according to the needs of the nation. His personal research interest is in the field of Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Autonomous Agents. He holds 25 international patents and has published papers in top international conferences. Previously as Head of Machine Learning and Big Data practice in the Digital Products division of Ericsson, he had successfully set up the practice from scratch and grew the same to a 200+ member team.
