Skilling for the future

According to Jobs Report by WEF, 44% of workers’ skills would become obsolete in the next five years whereas a skilled workforce will be one of the largest requirements for businesses across geographies and sectors. 

Tamil Nadu Government is driving India’s largest skilling and employment program – “Naan Mudhalvan” with 200+ industry mentors and 1.3 Mn students.

This session will cover why skilling, reskilling and upskilling are necessary to keep up with the future of work so that the benefits of demographic dividend can be reaped.
